This is a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom and living room.

 

You will be able to access everything in the apartment.

 

I am available via the Airbnb app, if for whatever reason I do not respond in a timely manner my phone number should be included in your itinerary so you can reach me directly.

 

There is a queen bed located in the bedroom. In the living room there is a couch that converts into a full size sleeper. There are legs that fold out from behind the couch cushions that fold out to support the back once folded down.

Great spot - we were here for a conference, and it was only a 9 minute walk from the convention center, with a couple coffee shops on the way. Half the price of staying in a hotel, and with a kitchen and Whole Foods nearby, so we were able to spend a little less. There’s a couple little bars down south, including a really cool Blues bar. And north a bit was a cute little street with some nice boutique type shops. Having a washer dryer on site was super clutch, too!

We had a nice stay at this apartment-style Airbnb. The building itself was cute, easy to find, and very simple to get into. We didn’t feel disturbed at all, and everyone in the building was friendly. The kitchen and dining area were clean, and the bedroom was clean with fresh sheets. The living room remote gave us a little trouble, but the bedroom TV worked perfectly. The place was a bit chilly and we couldn’t adjust the temperature, and the tub could have been a bit cleaner, but overall it was a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying again.

Floor was VERY dirty, like bottoms of feet were black, but you didn't notice initially cuz the grey vinyl plank flooring. It was cute with solid amenities, but it felt thrown together as rental specific: Dishwasher was the wrong size and just kind of hanging out unfinished into the kitchen; door knob/lock hardware coming in was super loose and sliding around; shower head was hastily and poorly cut into the wall. Looks great in pictures and at first glance, but I wouldn't want to live there for more than a night. Location is EXCELLENT in downtown Indy.

Perfect for teammate and I before the USATF Masters Mile championship to stay. The race course start was 400 meters away I slept on foldout sofa in main room with kitchen. My teammate was cool staying in the bedroom even if it had no windows. I’m a little claustrophobic without a window even if it’s 5th floor and not operable. The bathroom had great water pressure 5 grab bars(!) spacious and clean. We even got a later checkout after awards to shower.

We came into town for NBA finals. Easy to get to, easy check in, close parking. Walked to the arena and nearby restaurants. It was perfect for what we needed. Honestly we were barely there, but even my son agreed the bed was so comfy!! Alexander was proactive and super responsive.

The apartment was well located and good value. However, it wasn’t cleaned well (bathroom mats were dirty, glassware was dirty), wasn’t well maintained (bathroom sink was backed up, shower hardware wasn’t properly affixed, front door handle loose), had noise coming from the neighbors, and common spaces weren’t very well kept. Hosts were nice but not very effective in communicating.

Alexander’s place was great! Very clean and well decorated and honestly made us feel at home. Although it is downtown, it is very quiet and easy to get around the area. There were so many places surrounding the airbnb to hang out and explore and I would love to stay here again my next time in Indianapolis! My fiancée and I stayed here for just one night, and it was so nice! Perfect walking distance to gainbridge, and lots of good restaurants! The bed was SUPER comfortable, and it was a nice little place to stay. The one thing I will say is that it did smell a little like weed out side of the actual apartment. But other than that we were very happy with our stay!

I want to emphasize strongly that Alexander was very friendly and responsive throughout our ordeal. I will keep this simple and to the point. Pros: Close to a lot of different things. Cons: The building and unit both reeked of marijuana. The unit had been visited by a cleaning crew, but I do not believe they cleaned anything. After hours, the building and street outside get loud. Once we got inside the unit after our event, we realized we would not be able to stay the night. The marijuana smell was making my wife sick and the building and surrounding area sounded like a giant frat party. We drove about 45 minutes outside of Indy and found a Hampton Inn to stay in.

Among the positives were that the place was spacious and had a very nice layout; furthermore, there is a lot of parking nearby, and entering the building is easy. I have stayed at several AirBnBs, and I am afraid to say that this was the worse we have ever had; in fact, this is the first non-five-star review I have ever left. The problems range from big (e.g. the apartment did not feel clean, there are people loudly coming and going at all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep, the apartment would intermittently smell like marijuana) to medium (e.g. the host never messaged us room login details, there was no hand soap, the tub backs up) to small (e.g. the TVs were difficult to work, the apartment feels pretty “beat up” cosmetically). This is atypical of our experience with AirBnBs, and we leave this review is hopes to spare others the same disappointment.

Great apartment, walkable to tons of restaurants and activities. In town for the Taylor Swift concert and we walked to the Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium multiple times with no issues. Beautiful, old building; unit is directly across from the elevators so it was a bit loud at times. The public hallway outside the unit had an awful smoke smell every time. It must have been coming from another unit. We couldn’t smell it inside our unit but it was bad going in and out. Kitchen lightbulb needs to be replaced and lighting overall is very dim. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, large bathroom and overall great space. Would definitely stay again.

Went to Indy for a conference and so didn’t spend too much time at Alexander’s place. The location was good, walkable to many places including the Monument Circle a block away from the apartment. The only couple of things I would recommend are working on the AC system, and the shower. The AC kept waking me up in the middle of the night as it would make the wall and decor hanging on the wall vibrate in the bedroom. The temperature also fluctuated quite a bit at night. The shower was great but the handle was very loose and almost came out of the wall. Maybe the building needs to clean the windows too. :) All in all, it was a good stay, though.

Omg, I couldn’t wait to do a review because my experience was top tier. I was having a rough weekend and just wanted a nice place to go to for relaxation. It was also my birthday weekend. The host was quick with responding and patient. The directions to getting in the building were easy to follow. Loved the location. The actual unit was beautiful and cleannnnnnn. The bed was comfy. I slept like a newborn baby. The led lights gave the room a vibe that I didn’t know I needed. I was having troubles figuring out how to work the A/C and the host didn’t get frustrated with me. And walked me through it. I just truly appreciate the full experience. Very affordable pricing. I’ll definitely be back ☺️
